WAY overpriced and WAY under delivered. Don't waste your time or money.

My wife and I went past week for dinner at their restaurant called 'peakfine'. We usually stay on Kelowna and head to Raudz or Waterfront wines but we thought that we'd take a drive. We arrived and were blown away by the place. It's like New York in there. Greeted by a lovely hostess and then greated by a great server for the rest of the evening. The food was fantastic and we have told all of our friends the same. We will stat next tome in one of the rooms!

The facilities are great--management and organization have plenty of room for improvements. After booking 7 weeks in advance our spa treatment was cancelled with only a few hours notice. We were told we could rebook the next day--there was not voucher or compensation. The signature cold spa treatment was out of service the entire time we were there. This was the reason we went. Also, our dining experience was a disaster--the hostess lost our reservation--then told us we couldn't sit by the window because it was for customers who had made reservations. Some of the food was not at all fresh and the service was the very worst thing about the place. Cream and sugar for coffee, jams for breakfast toast, seem to be extras that required special ordering and that servers we reluctant to bring to the table.
